Every bike is different and built to a high standard so it takes time. Typically 6-8 weeks from start to finish. Some builds can take longer.
Donor bikes, twin shock and monos are always in stock, but customers can supply their own.
Once the spec of the build is agreed and the approximate start date confirmed, the build can begin.
Every bike is completely stripped. The frame and swingarm are blasted and powder coated. All the rolling chassis parts are stripped, inspected and parts replaced/refurbished as required.
The engine is taken apart, inspected and re-built with the parts required. Engine detailing is done at this stage along with any performance upgrades.
Bodywork and detailing to the required design is carried out by our specialist custom partners.
Once the build is completed, it is comprehensively road tested and then MOT'd.
Finished bikes can be either collected or delivery can be arranged.
